Wind Power Massively More Deadly than Nuclear

The cost in human life per megawatt hour of wind power generated over the last 30 or 40 years is vastly higher than the the same measure for nuclear.  So why are we talking about halting development of nuclear power?  Shouldn't we be talking about halting wind power until its safety record can be improved?
