Try to hide behind word-plays that you think might fool people into believing you're not really launching hundreds of cruise missiles, or failing that, try to convince people it's simply "logistical support". Yeah, those cruise missiles are full of SPAM for the ground troops, no doubt.
Kinetic military action, indeed.
