Think what the concessions on missile defense have done. It’s accomplished nothing. Think what the reset button has done. It’s accomplished nothing. There’s a word that describes people who keep trying to do the same thing and getting the same outcome, but keep hoping for a different outcome. And I think the last three and a half years, we’ve seen a president who has been constantly attempting to befriend people by diminishing us, and that he hasn’t quite figured out that it doesn’t work. "
